Hempstead, NY - Hofstra University Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Abby Morgan today released her squad's 2011 schedule, a 16-game slate that features 11 opponents that won at least 10 games last season and four schools that qualified for the NCAA Tournament in 2010.

Johns Hopkins coach Dave Pietramala announced today that Jamison Koesterer has joined the Blue Jay coaching staff as an assistant coach. Koesterer, a 2007 Johns Hopkins graduate and a four-year letter winner on the lacrosse team, will coach the JHU faceoff specialists and assist Bobby Benson with the offense.

The National Lacrosse League has announced the schedule for the 2011 regular season. The 25th season of professional indoor lacrosse begins on Saturday, January 8th, with all ten teams in action. The regular season consists of 16 weeks and concludes on April 23. Each team plays a 16-game regular season schedule, which includes eight home games.
